!FRS Mr Sears was born and lived on the homestead farm all his working life. He retired in 1928 and moved to Baldwinsville, NY. He was a charter organizer of the Farm Bureau and the Baldwinsville Grange, a life member of the First Methodist Church, he was, for several years, president of its Board of Trustees. He was a director of the Farmer's Cooperative Fire Insurance Assoc. for about 40 years and was president of the company during the 1940's. Mr Sears was a well respected and exemplary citizen.
